Our class hosted a plastic film drive for the school all year! Our collection is FINALLY complete!

Growth Mindset!
We encourage students to have a growth mindset in order to reach their full potential. We're working to include more activities along these lies into our classroom on a regular basis. Not surre what growth mindset is? He's a simple, short introductory video clip.
Our class put on a Reader's Theater play!
On Thursday December 13, we presented our reader's theater play about Ancient China to the students at the West campus in the Johnson gym. The students all did a fantastic job, especially those who ended up filling in parts for students who were absent on he day of the performance. The students were so enthusiastic about completing the play that they created a class petition to do a play in the future when we study Ancient Greece. We will be doing this in a different format with smaller group plays presented in the class instead of as a wole class to make practicing easier and the presentations more engaging in the smaller classroom setting. When our date for presentation of these plays is set, we will share it with families.
